Description of Spray Humidifier

The spray humidifier can be installed at different positions of the corrugator line to replenish the moisture lost in the production process, making the corrugated cardboard can maintain the appropriate moisture content - 12% to 15%. It works well on brand corrugators. 

Application of Spray Humidifier

1. Double-facer machine inlet spray paper: before the cardboard forming, replenish the moisture in the paper and solve the problem under the cardboard Bent, paper burst line.

2. Inner side of the sprayed paper before glue machine (adhesive side): replenish moisture for the surface paper before the cardboard is formed.  Solve cardboard warping. Prevent face paper from bursting.

3. Spray surface paper/lining paper before slitter scorer machine: replenish moisture to the cardboard, completely solve the cardboard burst line and extend long cardboard storage time.

4. Spraying tile paper at the single facer machine: replenish the moisture of tile paper, increase the flexibility of corrugated paper, and prevent tile paper   Due to dry caused by the broken, poor adhesion phenomenon.

Features of Spray Humidifier

1. Adopting a high-pressure plunger pump imported from Italy for atomization (no need for compressed air source), high pressure, fine atomized particles, and drip-proof nozzle. The spray volume can be controlled by the inverter.

2. The control and operation power supply is a safe voltage of 24 V to ensure safe working in humid environments.

3. Manually and automatically switch arbitrarily, and automatically stop spraying when the machine stopped.  

4. The nozzle switch is controlled separately.
